We are a little further into Texas now and have found our first HEB. We did not need very many groceries but of course I had to go. It was great to be in a big grocery store that carried a lot items we had not seen in awhile. I have not seen mung bean sprouts in months. I had to buy some and we had chicken fried rice for dinner. It was tempting to buy lots of items but as I told Bruce, we are back in civilization now and will be close to major towns for the next few months so I don’t need to stockpile items that are hard to find.
